SHIPPING OPTIONS

Most products are shipped by UPS:
- UPS Ground - 7 to 10 business days
- UPS 2nd Day
Cost is calculated by UPS Rules, according to weight and distance.

Some products (dragon art & figurines) are shipped by USPS, and normally arrive within 10-15 business days. 

RETURN POLICY

- All merchandise is guaranteed for 90 DAYS from original date of purchase.
- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
- We agree, at our option, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a credit card refund is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
- ALL RETURNS REQUIRE a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.  Please contact us to receive your RMA before returning any merchandise. Nor return will be accepted without the RMA.
- The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. - You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
- No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our "Contact Us" page. Your name and Order ID will be required for us to cancel your order.

If you do not receive an email confirmation of your cancel request, then your order has not been cancelled. Also, you will be responsible for all shipping costs if you cancel your order after it has been shipped.
